Carpet was 8 x 10. Simply Rug Cleaning pick-up rug and took to their facility. Carpet was returned in 14 days. The carpet had been under a plant and was wet for several months. They did a very good job getting the mold out and sanitizing the carpet. The water stain is still slightly visible but much better. I was happy with their service and would use again.

Contacted Spencer with (Simply Cleaning) through an employee of ours. He immediately scheduled a session to check out the bleach we had unfortunately gotten on our carpet. Came in, explained the whole process from top to bottom. We ended up learning very new information. Showed up right on time, and got started without hesitation. He was able to get the bleach completely out of the carpet in just an hours time. Would recommend over any carpet service company in Dallas. Going to use this company for our regular carpet maintenance. The pricing was very fair, and affordable, even for someone not in a company.

Well, initially the results were sub-par to my standards. There were two areas that left large bleed-through stains that did not fade as the carpet dried and there were issues with the edge cleaning. Eric returned and resolved the 2 issues with the bleed-through as well as cleaned up any edge issues that was pointed out. Credit to Eric for pointing out originally that this bleeding condition has the opportunity to occur especially when doing a 'pet treatment'.

Spencer and team were amazing! I called on Wednesday and asked if there was any way they could get the job done before an open house that Saturday. Spencer fit me in on Friday afternoon, but then called back a few hours later to let me know that a customer had cancelled and they had an opening on Thursday evening. Perfect! Spencer called me to let me know that they were running a little late due to a problem with their scheduling system, but that was fine with me given the fact that he went out of his way to fit me into the schedule in the first place. Eric showed up around 6:30 and wasted no time getting to work. He walked with me through the house and explained what to expect. The estimate I was given on the phone was for 4.5 rooms (1/2 room for the carpet in the master bathroom). I was very impressed when Eric said he was going to knock the 1/2 room off the total charge since it was such a small area. After he was finished, Eric took me from room to room explaining what he had done. I was blown away! The carpets looked much better than I had expected! I honestly wasn't sure if they could be salvaged. One room had a huge stain that I wasn't able to get out myself with a "Green Machine" after repeated attempts. After Eric was done, you couldn't even tell there had been a spot there at all! The cost may be slightly higher than some other companies, but Eric didn't nickel and dime me for every spot, like I've had companies do in the past. The price I paid when the job was done was actually LESS than what I had been quoted on the phone! And the quality of the work completed was second to none! I can't speak highly enough of Spencer and Eric! I will definitely be using them again, and I'm giving their name to my Realtor so that she can recommend them to future clients. This is a First Class operation!

Eric did an amazing job cleaning our white sofa. The upholstery fabric looked brand new once he was finished. He was very thorough and professional. This is the 3rd time we've used Simply Clean. They have also cleaned several of our oriental rugs and the carpet. We have always been very happy with their service.

Eric arrived promptly on the appointed day and explained precisely what he would be doing. Because of pre-existing stains, I chose the Rotovac Restore Package which was very comprehensive. Eric carefully set up his outdoor and indoor equipment so as to not damage my landscaping and interior walls and trim. Throughout the process Eric kept me informed and answered all my questions. He was personable, experienced, and knowledgeable. After the cleaning, he Scotchguarded the carpets and then reinstalled my oriental rug. The carpets looked so much better, with only the most intransigent stains remaining, although not nearly as noticeable. I was very satisfied with the results.

Very, very well. The pre-service, service, and after service customer care was superb. They are more expensive than maybe your average service, but well worth it if you need quality. I would say for what you get - the price is right! Would use them again in a minute. Very professional.

Simply Carpet did a great job, from beginning to end. It was easy to set up an appointment to have my rug picked up. Spencer came out to my house and explained my options and pricing, took away the rug and told me when I could expect to get it back. I had my 20 year old rug cleaned and Scotchgarded. Eric, who was the lead technician, delivered my rug and it looked wonderful. The colors were so vibrant! He was very friendly and explained just how the rug had been cleaned. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I wholeheartedly recommend Simply Carpet and Oriental Cleaning!
