Major KUDOS to Rodney of 'Signature Springs HVAC." I'd highly recommend this company due to their outstanding quick response, expertise, and honesty. They saved me close to $20K, yes I was taking advantage of hook line, and sinker. I was in panic mode, being a Veteran, I chose a locally veteran-owned HVAC company. I was sold a heater and water heater, under "false pretenses!" Colorado Springs was hit with temperatures in the mid-20s, plus snowstorms forecasted. I woke up to a cold home, was it my thermostat, or batteries charged? No... Friday, I had a busy day planned, I later came home and acted too quickly, I was freezing!!! The first HVAC company arrived and gave me an assessment, I needed a new furnace, that was beyond repair. He also saw my water heater and said I needed it replaced ASAP!! He guaranteed installation, the next day. Red flag... I contacted a family member and he informed me that as "taken advantage of!" Long story short, he gave me steps on what I needed to do. I quickly contacted the HVAC company and canceled (it wasn't easy), and I refused to sign the loan company contact. I was on the phone with the loan company and explain my situation. We had to cancel the service contact, it was a nightmare, I wouldn't want anyone to go through this... Signature Springs HVAC came out and Rodney did a service call. He quickly identified the furnace problem, it had a "clogged" pressure switch port. It was up as and running within 5 minutes. Below is my service report... The furnace was not properly diagnosed by the previous company. Found that the furnace had a clogged pressure switch port. Clean out the port and test the unit multiple times. She was told that she would need a whole new furnace at $13,000. Also told her she needed to replace her water heater first. The data plate on the water heater shows that it is from 2019 If you get a quote from an HVAC contractor that sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Please read all the reviews first!! Call a family member or a trusted friend, for advice. Lastly, get a second opinion if you think that the technician is scamming you. I'd wholeheartedly like to thank "Signature Springs HVAC" for their excellent service. Rodney was professional, I felt very safe with him!! I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC services. Rodney is just wonderful. I hired him last year when he replaced the blower in my furnace. During that visit, he also replaced my humidifier drain hose, and he fixed the pilot light for my gas fireplace. All of that for under $300. Last week, I didn't hesitate to call him when our furnace started acting up again. This time it was the fan wheel and he came out on a Sunday. He had to get the part, but he was out the first thing the next morning to complete the job. Again, right around $200. I will always call Rodney whenever I have an HVAC issue.

He had to replace a capicator and cleared out the filter and I made an appt. for him to come back to do a checkup and clean.

We hired Rodney to install our humidifier for our home, and he did an excellent job with the installation, and explaining how to operate the system. His quote was also, almost 50% cheaper than other contractors for the same job. We definitely recommend him!

I needed a blower motor for my attic furnace, and got on HomeAdvisor to get a list of contractors. Rodney was the only one that followed my instructions on how to contact me, and he came the next day to fix the furnace. He did an excellent job, was great to talk with about the situation, and he even checked the AC unit outside to make sure everything was working right. I took a few of his cards, and I will recommend him not only here, but by word of mouth. I can't recommend him highly enough, to be honest. The price was fantastic, the service quick, and he knows how to do things how the customers asks them to be done.
