Hired Lionel to build a carport and pour concrete slab December 2023. We paid 1/2 as deposit and Lionel built a structure that was tack welded and not secure. Roof panels were supposed to be black but he installed white and said he would paint. Roof panels were not secured appropriately and flew off in the wind, but could not get ahold of Lionel to repair. At this point, we lost trust in his ability to complete the job and requested a partial refund since he had not completed the concrete slab. We have gotten the run around since and now have to hire another contractor to fix Lionel's mistakes. As of 01/22/2024, our structure is not complete and Lionel nor Cindy will respond about our refund. Don't trust Lionel or Cindy! Check BBB for other reviews of this shady contractor.
