Vitaliy did an excellent job replacing the regular locks in my condo with modern electronic locks with fingerprint access. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The installation was clean, fast, and everything works perfectly. He also took the time to explain how to use the new locks and made sure I was comfortable with all the features before leaving.

This was my first time using Angie's list in addition to doing business with Silicon Valley Locksmith. I was matched up with this company within a few minutes of entering my project needs. Vitaly answered when I called and was available to arrive to my residence within 30 minutes. He also said he would come out to provide a quote for service free of charge. Vitaly called upon arrival as requested and even removed his shoes before entering. He provided a quote that I felt was fair and completed the work about 15 minutes later as quoted. I really appreciate his professional demeanor, explained what he will complete, provided a written invoice for his work and I had the option to obtain a payment receipt via email or text.
