They cleaned all the ducts in our four-unit apartment building as well as the dryer vents. They went over and above on cleaning as well as strengthening the clamping on our dryer vents.

My job was cleaning of Air Ducts and dryer vent which is not on the drop down list provided. I spoke with several companies to see about quotes and scheduling. a clean out for my dryer vent before I had a new dryer installed. Silicon Valley Air Experts called me right away, listened to the job and provided a transparent initial assessment and cost estimate. While talking to them I also learned about cleaning all the air ducts, which I hadn't done in some time. They showed up on time, completed all of the work efficiently and cleaned up afterward. I plan to use them again in the future. It was a wonderful experience.

They were knowledgeable in what they do and replaced the aluminum foil duct from my dryer as well. They have the parts available. They collected a mountain of dirt and now my dryer is working a lot better now. The technician were friendly and professional.

Unresponsive - provider was initially very responsive via text, but when contacting to enact a 90-day warranty due to issues with work completed, responses went from sparse to no response Details: Worked with SV Air Experts for 2 jobs - 1. Air Duct Cleaning 2. Air Duct Repair as a follow-up from the first job. Overall was very thorough with working with me to solve an issue regarding a stench from one of the vents. He was initially very responsive and worked with me to find solutions. It all went south when shortly after his repair work, I noticed one of the vents loosened up and needed re-repair. After reaching out various times, my contact stopped responding through text, email, and phone so I escalated to Angi to help. After a couple of days, the contact reached back out, scheduled a time, and conducted the re-repair. While my experience was not ideal, I do feel that SV Air Experts did a good job with the duct cleaning and would likely recommend it for Duct Cleaning only. I would heed caution with any other work.

They were on time, professional, polite and had their COVID protections in place. The price was the average cost for the vent cleaning service.
