Silk Systems Pressure Wash

I hired Chris Silk after he did a power washing job at my home in July, 2018. They seemed like a nice young couple and Chris verbalized and demonstrated a lot of attention to detail when we spoke about exterior repairs and painting my home. He took a lot of pictures and measurements and sent an estimate. There were two seasonal delays before the job actually got off the ground in September 2019. Despite a lot of effort, understanding and accommodations of their last-minute notification of schedule changes and numerous no shows, over nearly NINE months, SILK SYSTEMS POWERWASH abandoned the exterior house painting ($6800.00 was paid out of a $7296.00 estimate) job, via a single email at about 80% competition, leaving many loose ends, i.e., railings, doorways and window moldings disassembled, inconsistent window trim painting and several areas peeling and other areas unpainted. They also failed to correct an interior painting job that they were paid in full for ($668.75) and had agreed to fix. I have emailed them without response and attempted to contact them via telephone. I have been ignored. Im left to find someone willing to clean up their mess, which will undoubtedly cost far more money. More than happy to share pictures, text transcripts and/ or emails showing the mess they left me in.

Came on time and did a fantastic job. The price was $100. Under a second bid. I will hire them again.

Our house was not cared for well by the previous owners, and so the wood shingle siding was in awful shape. We couldn't afford new siding or painting so we took a chance on powerwashing. Not only did they make our house look 100% better, but I can't believe they managed to get some of the black mildew spots off. They also delivered tanks of water to our house because the well couldn't handle the job. Very affordable, especially when compared to painting the shingles or new siding. Can not suggest this company enough.

Very professional and would hire them again

He showed up in time, did the work in a couple of hours, the house was nice and clean ,mold and mildew was gone. The only thing i would ask him to do is stay away from the deck,it bleached a portion of the boards and i needed to redo the Thompson's water seal, it also left a residue on windows .

Very easy to work with. Quote and scheduling went smoothly over the phone. Crew did a great job and the house itself looked great. The reason for 4 1/2 stars is that the cleaning solution left the windows very spotty.
