Sillings Construction Company replaced my roof with a metal roof, and within 60 days after a hard rain we experienced leaking and call Mr. Sillings back and could not find the leak. He left and promised to come back and never did. Now he will not answer my calls, because of the leaks I have incurred serious damages to the inside of my home. I actually traveled home to meet with Mr. Sillings to make deposit. He was very friendly and professional, told me he was license and bonded. Very disappointed with his customer service and work.

"In response to miss Shirleys complaint the damage that happened to her ceiling was already done when she called me about a new roof,i did stop the leak but it took 3 trips before i found the problem,and interestingly enough she had me put a new roof on another rental house that required raising the pitch on the house an installing a metal roof on that system because the roof was too flat ive had no more call backs since,anit been years"

I do not think you could ask for a nicer gentleman to deal with. Kenny was very professional, and helpful. His guys are as well. I will be contracting other work with Sillings.

Kenny Sillings called soon after I listed my job on HoveAdvisor. He came out and looked at the job and gave an estimate. The estimate was fair and competive. A couple days later he sent his crew of two to accomplish the job. They were professional and knew what they were doing and did not short cut the job in any way. During the repair they found some preexisting rot damage on my roof, pointed it out to me and gave a reasonable price for the additional work.. I was very satisfied with my experience with this company.

Mr. Sillings was professional and courteous. He repaired my roof as well as the water damage to my ceiling at a fair price. I was so impressed with his work that I have already requested an estimate for a shower remodel.

Mr. Sillings was professional and honest. He repaired a few broken shingles. I had trouble getting someone to come and repair them or to be honest about the job that needed to be done. I am very appreciative of Mr. Sillings willingness to do a small job and to do the job with honesty. I highly recommend his company for any size job.

I have used Sillings Construction many times over the years.They've built us a enclosed carport, added on a 3 bay garage, built a motorcycle workshop from scratch, changed my roofline and they also do smaller projects. Kenneth is a very personable guy and likes to have conversations with the homeowners. He has always provided his work at competitive pricing.
