Chet & his guys are the BEST! I have vaulted/high ceilings that we have been stressing about getting painted! Chet checked the job out shortly after contacting him, sent a quote which we found VERY REASONABLE…AND we were super surprised that he did an additional section of ceiling that I wasn’t sure he included but it WAS! The job was done SO QUICK! We are so relieved and can NOT say enough good things about the quality of work, communication and how personable Chet is! Both of them were fantastic! True Professionals ! The ceilings are so crisp, white and smooth now! The job was chefs kiss! We are so relieved!! Thank you guys!! Chet and his” crew” were hired to paint our condo. His fees were very reasonable. He was friendly, courteous and professional as was his crew. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day.They were respectful of our belongings and returned everything to its rightful place when the job was done. Silva Express did an excellent job on our recent painting project. Chet and his team were professional from the beginning to the endmark of the project. They are efficient, timely and polite and make appropriate suggestions to enhance the job. A few extras were thrown in to make the house look amazing. They have transformed the house into a beautiful home. There attention to detail on trim and walls were superb. You can expect fair pricing and top notch workanmanship from Silva Express. When I first looked at the reviews for Silva Express Painting I thought it must be a scam. No company gets all 5 star ratings. But this is legit, Chet, Mike and Dave deserve the highest praise. From the very start, Chet was organized and upfront. He gave me a clear estimate and time lime for my project. He continued to communicate with me and was open to answering my questions promptly. I had most of my interior painting and the work was excellent. They came on time, all the work was exceptionably neat, left everything cleaned up and put away at the end of the day. I feel so fortunate to have met Chet and his crew and would use this company again without hesitation.

We hired Chet and his team to paint the interior of nearly every room in our home six years ago when we originally bought the house. At that time, we had no children, so we didn't have him paint the extra bedrooms yet. They did such a great job that we had him return to paint one of the bedrooms that we didn't originally paint as we are expecting a child and wanted the future nursery painted. As always, Chet and his team went above and beyond. They added a third coat of paint after originally only planning on two simply because Chet thought it would look best with three coats. Additionally, he touched up a few spots from his original project 6 years ago that our cat had damaged scratching at doors and trim over the years. We have recommended Chet to friends in the area and will continue to do so. He and his team are on time, professional, and do excellent work. Thank you, Chet!

They were very methodical when they painted. Someone did the highest part, Someone did the lowest part and Someone did the roller work in between. They were very clean. Not messy.
