I called for a quote to have a tree removed withe stump and was given one price when he showed up he asked for more money 3 times the amount. I convinced him to stick with the original price but he only cut it down to stump.

They were clean and efficient

This company did not complete the job. They failed to remove the entire stump. It was covered from the ground up tree. I called the company and they told me they would send someone to complete the job. They never showed. I called numerous times with no response. I had to rent a tree grinder and complete the stump removal. I would not recommend this company,. Prices too high. Extremely poor customer service. They were paid and left me with an unsatisfactory job!

Silva's was very easy to work with, their work is fast efficient and they cleaned up after themselves, good prices, gave senior citizen discount with no problem, I will definitely use them again if I need anything done in our yard.

They said they would remove tree AND roots. But they left much of the roots partially ground up in a large mound. I insisted they return to remove ALL the roots. On 2nd visit, they ground up some more of the roots, but left most of the roots mixed in with the dirt. I gave the man a tip. THEN, the owner texted me saying I didn't need to tip his employees since he pays them well. And THEN he threatened to call the city to tell them my gardener was not licensed, which is not true. I'm perplexed at the owners lack of professionalism and lies. I will never use or recommend Silva to anyone.

I was pretty particular about how I wanted my trees trimmed. I didn't want them to be butchered- chopped off at the top or made to look like lollipops. I really wanted them to be shaped naturally. They did a fantastic job and took their time making them look just right. One was a difficult task as it was quite large & protruding over our swimming pool & into utility poles and lines. They handled it perfectly! They also cut down a termite infested jacaranda & ground the stump. They could only grind down about one foot due to sprinklers & other underground lines. I appreciate their diligence!

This company was fast and professional. They took out five of my trees for a great price. When a sprinkler pipe was accidentally broken, they notified me and fixed it. They completed the job efficiently and cleaned all debris. They left my yard cleaner than they found it. Very satisfied.

This was a 2 day project! Best tree trimming job since I've lived here since 1972. Would hire again in a heart beat.

The only negative was when we paid with a credit card. The business card states accepts credit card but they wanted to charge additional for using a credit card. Otherwise, they were quick, on-time, and got the job done.

The entire crew worked incredibly hard and cleaned up completely when the job was done. Each was professional and polite.

We want them back next year!

I had 2 large trees removed from my backyard. The job was completed as we agreed upon. They delivered.

They showed up more than two hours late for the initial quote. My husband still hired them. They then showed up an hour late for the scheduled tree removal. They took the tree down to the stump but waited over a week to get their stump removal crew out to our house to complete the job. They were impossible to get a hold of by phone. They still haven't come by for payment. They quoted a really cheap price, so I guess I get what I pay for. If you want prompt service and attentive customer service I do not recommend this company. They were very frustrating to work with, damaged a sprinkler pipe- which still isn't fixed and didn't even do everything we asked them to do.

They were here when promised, cut the entire palm down,hauled away the tree and left the area looking nice.

The price was very good. Communication with customer needs to be improved.
