Very inefficient. Gave workers orders and left. Workers finished in an hour or two and just hung around for hours awaiting the boss's return for new orders. Most work done by two Mexicans with whom communication was impossible for they did not speak English. Not at all personable. Took four full weeks (20 weekdays) to finish a job that required no more than five working days. E-mailed to say job finished and I could mail check to him. The quality of work cannot be faulted. The ridiculous process, lengthy, unnecessary inconvenience, and lack of any communication after I gave the down payment were the primary unprofessional traits.

Excellent job. Mr. Silveira took time to make sure that his crew knew exactly what to do and that they were careful of the plants that had to be dug up and replaced as well as keeping the area cleared and tidy throughout the project. The weather was not cooperative and the job took longer than expected but that was not the crew's fault. His crew were hardworking and polite. My only criticism was the crew's use of loud music on the job yet they were polite enough to turn off their radio on request. I highly recommend Mr. Silveira to anyone needing damp-course work around their home. He knows what he is doing and does it well.
