Called and they answered first time. Installed the fence at the agreed upon schedule. Great work overall.

I hired Silver Creek to install 130 caps and rail style 8ft wooden fence. We agreed on a price of $4800 and I left a $2400 deposit. His crew arrived a few weeks later to install. They did not knock on my door. Just started marking and drilling holes. It was a little bit before I noticed them out there. I went out to check and make sure we were all on the same page about the installation as far as location and style. They informed me they were installing a 6ft dog ear style fence. I halted the work until we were able to contact the owner, Chad Michaels about the discrepancy. He informed me that they brought materials for a 6ft fence. At this point, I have already been waiting 3 weeks. I said I would be willing to accept the 6ft and pay the 6ft price he quoted me which was $1,000 less. He immediately told me the $4800 was for a 6ft fence all along and I never approved an 8ft fence. I tried to jog his memory about our conversation regarding the price and the difference between 6ft vs. 8ft and that I approved and paid a deposit on an 8ft. He told me I signed a quote for $4800 for 6ft and said I can pay $1000 more and take the 6ft or they can come back next week with the 8ft materials, and I can pay $2000 more. At this point, he has $2400 of my money already and I did not want to pay any more than I intended or be left with no fence at all, so I told him to go ahead and install the 6ft fence. Also, his men already had the poles on the ground. This was NOT what I wanted but I felt bullied by him by lies and his account of what we agreed on and since he had $2400 of my money already, I felt I had no choice but to accept the 6ft fence. About an hour later I checked my Ring security camera and would not you know it I had our whole conversation that day about the video price! He refused to call me back, so I texted him to let him know. He came back and said the total for the 6ft fence based on 130 is $3900 so I will owe $1500 when they finish. I asked for a copy of the quote he said I signed, and he then told me I did not sign it and that he never has anyone sign quotes and denied telling me I signed anything. And he never sent me a copy. So now, I have a 6ft fence (not what I wanted) that I paid $3800 for, I would have rather spent $4800 as expected and got 8ft. I tried to discuss this with him the 2nd day, but he cursed at me, yelled at me, told me he NEVER said that I signed anything, and tried to act like he never tried to make me pay $4800 for a shorter fence. I have both of our conversations recorded and on video. This man is dishonest and not a nice person at best. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH. You would think when confronted with video evidence he would be apologetic or offer a concession. Nope.

Chad and his team did an awesome job. They built a shadowbox style fence. They were on time and attentive to our requests. They did great cleaning up each day. I highly recommend them and will use their service when need arises.

I hired Chad through the internet, communicating by text & phone. I sent pictures of the fence I wanted installed After some discussion I settled on Horse style fencing with horse wire inside. He jacked up the price by almost $1000 a few days before the installation. He basically installed posts and irregularly wrapped wire on the inside, not even touching one post on a corner. The gate he installed was a used old gate of another style and obviously the hardware previously used had been moved from the other side when installed. It was NOT only not Horse fencing, but looked like it had been installed by inexperienced teenagers, with little to no supervision. I ordered the materials from a list he provided, which did not include **pressure treated** and said he did not have enough materials for the gate. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the results, requesting it be redone before I paid, he trespassed on my property when I was not at home and removed the gate. I let my dogs out late at night when I got home that night and ended up driving around a new location in the dark,, to round them up. The next morning, trying to walk them on leashes, I slipped on ice covered mulch and slid down hill. I had been sick with the flu and during the night someone drove onto my front yard, tearing up the mulch. When I mentioned it, he said **none of this wouldve happened** if I had just given him what he wanted. He also installed 10 trees, which were to be 8 inches and uniform in size for $100 each. Only 4 were good trees, the rest were between 6.5-7 inches poor quality and sparsely branched. While I was attempting to resolve the problem, he put a lien on my property, then sued me for $5000. He is now prepared to foreclose on the property where the extremely poor quality job was done, as well as my own property in another County. My Dad, who owns the property in question, is 99 years old, a 100% Disabled Veteran. I am 74 years old, in poor health. He even had a Superior Court Judge sign and validate what could reasonably described as Fraud and Extortion. I will say my experience was the worst and would recommend that business with Chad Michaels be avoided at any cost.

They did a great job! They were there on time, worked straight through the day and had the job done within 8 hours. They cleaned up any thing laying around. I was very pleased

the silver landscaping & fence crew members came in on time my house then they started on job ( installing fence ) and finished. It took only one hour and 30 min. only 3 young man worked. they did excellent job done. and I have another project to be done next week. I will let them take that job . save time & reasonable price . I can trust them they are doing good job No complain at all thank you for how they have done it I referral to anybody need some work to be done, CALL SILVER CREEK LANDSCAPING & FENCE .
