I spoke with company to try to resolve the issue they actually lied on the phone. I had friens with me on both ends of the move who witnessed the experience. I was not able to move everything due to this moving company poor service.

the men doing the actual work were very good. They were a day late getting to the job and 4 days late arriving to the final destination. When they finished packing our furniture in Fl they told me that on arrival at final destination I would have to have cash or cashiers check for a written amount ( by the movers) I got a cashiers check in the amount . When they arrived , on a Sunday they said I owed them another $750.00, banks are closed on sundays . they said if I didn't have the extra $750.00 they would not off load my furniture. They later said they sent me a e-mail telling me the final payment went up but when you don't have internet because you are moving into a new home , e-mail really don't do that much good. I think ethically they did me wrong.

Company promised a 2-day move with a specific pick-up. Then tried to delay the pick-up, then denied that it was a 2-day move. Took 5 days. Was totally non-responsive on phone. Finally said delivery would be early on the 5th day--was not until 5 hours later. That said, everything arrived unbroken and actual moving people were very nice.

It took an extra two weeks, and extra appointments just to get the things delivered.It was a mess, and cost $200 more than quoted. They moved the items from one truck to another company's truck, which we didn't know about until WE called them for delivery. The items sat in Las Vegas for an extra week, then they charged us for the storage of the items. These things were my fathers belongings and at 86 he isn't very patient and was very upset that it took so long. Also they only take cash or a POSTAL money order. No credit card, nothing else but those two choice. Kinda hard to get on a friday afternoon, when they tell you maybe sat. or sun. they will deliver. Totally disgusted with them.

They sub contracted part of the move so I don't know who to blame for missing items. Not small items either. A refrigerator, 9ft. sofa with built in end tables, dinette set with table and chairs, electric base guitar and other boxes. I got screwed.

Had to keep calling to ensure that insurance certificates were obtained and had to keep calling to find out when the drivers were going to arrive. However the movers were experienced and excellent.

"We had sent the Insurance Certificate directly to the Home Owners Association. Below is our transcript of our records. We did call the customer. Dani::Customer stated she sent in an email at 9 pm that she has yet to hear from anyone, so Lee brought it to my, Adrianna and Doron`s attention. Customer she stated that she never spoke to anyone. Adrianna said no you spoke to me this morning, and then she stated she did and Adrianna explained that Simon has tried to call but there was no answer, customer stated she would call Simon now and coordinate the delivery for tomorrow and pick up today"
