Jamie and Jeremy rocked it with my house. They did a great job of going over each issue with me. I have two HVAC's and they informed me one didn't need any work on it. My main unit was terribly dusty and had bacteria starting to form in it. I decided to go with the UV Germicidal air sanitizer after seeing that bacteria there. Maybe a little pricey, but from all the reviews I read it works great. 99.9%. My laundry vent was really stopped up, I didn't know it had gotten that bad. Actually, only lived here 10 years, but imagine it has never been cleaned since the house was built in 1997. Anyways, highly recommend the company! This is all they do.

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
Super job. I'm on a fixed income and they only charged me a hundred and fifty bucks. We're other places we're going to charge me almost $300. They did a super job and showed up the very next day and got my problem cleared up. If you're on a fixed income like I am they are well worth the money and do a terrific job.

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
Truly a highly professional company! Ordered online. immediate email conformation plus phone call. arrived on time following day. Ben inspected our system and explained that, because house was only a year old, cleaning of duct was not needed for a few more years. Charged only for his evaluation. I surely will use them when needed and will recommend them starting today. :-) Thanks Ben.

I recently purchased my home and had some construction done so I was in need of vent/duct cleaning. I was overwhelmed with all of the choices but Ben and Silver Duct were great to work with. I had some questions about the whole process and Ben happily went over everything with me and even came out personally to make sure everything went smoothly.

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
The tech only cleaned from the outside. He did not clean the duct where the dryer connects to the duct. The length was within the service parameters. Seemed half done job as we still have to pull out dryer and clean. Tech was nice & responded fast but I the point of connection is likely the area that needs cleaning most.

Air Ducts & Vents Cleaning Service
I think the cost of the service was excessive, especially for the time spent providing the service. While I waas shown one duct that had been thoroughly cleaned, I was not shown any of the others, so I'm not sure the entire duct system was cleaned properly.

Air Ducts & Vents Cleaning Service
Ben called me in less than three minutes after requesting a quote on HomeAdvisor. His prices were fair and competitive, his level of customer service was exceptional, my A/C returns and dryer vent were cleaned very well, and he was honest. How do I know he was honest? I was willing to pay him to clean the air supply vents, but he said they didn't need to be cleaned, so he didn't charge me for that service. I'm very impressed. I highly recommend Ben at Silver Duct!
