Once I accepted the quote from Silver Star Elect. The owner quickly organized and coordinated all the intities involved with upgrading my power supply from a 125 to 200 amp. Service. New 200amp power box with cut off switch, two 100 amp breakers, new can for meter and new 2/0 wiring from Power box to weather head. I just suggested changing out my security light to a new LED light that I would have had to rent a man lift to do, The crew told me Sir, we are here and will install it for you. They were willing to do this at no additional cost, but I made them take a little extra money. I am truley greatful to Home advisors for hooking me up with Silver Star Elect. Just moved to Victoria, purchased a 1960's home that needed complete panel upgrades (inside and out) and some re-wire. Most professional itemized bid out of three bids. Personable, professional electricians. Top quality, very conscientious, meticulous troubleshooting and craftsmanship. No surprises, we paid exactly what the bid stated. The professional has worked for us many years, he has done work for our business and residence as well. Julian has worked for us for about 15 years, and every time it's been a great experience. My sister built a house recently, and he did all the electrical work to her house. The professional is quick to respond, if something's not done right he doesn't take it lightly; he gets it fixed. Over all customer service is great, as well as how prompt he is. Julian is professional and knowledgeable.
