This company charged me to fix my electrical issue, they checked for a couple of minutes said they could not find anything wrong and I told them the issue was the breakers and they said no and now It is still happening but now they want to charge me additional $250 to come back .. they are thieves ..

"Respectfully Mercedes, we did reply to your email with regards to this issue. You hired us on 5/21 to add plugs and connections for your washer and dryer in the garage. You did not mention at that time that you wanted the water hooked up to the washer. Unfortunately, we could not provide that service as we are not plumbers. We even gave you a discount on the trip charge. No electrical work pertaining to the lighting upstairs was done. We turned everything on (i.e., the fan, tv, lamp etc.,) to made sure everything was working. We checked connections in the breaker box and confirmed operations for the upstairs room. Nothing tripped at that time so there was no electrical work that needed to be done for the lighting. We apologize that you were not happy with any service that we were not hired to do. We did send you a quote to come out and diagnose what is going on but you declined."

Silver Electric worked with me on the installation of a home emergency generator. Joseph of Silver Electric made certain that my specifications were met and did so at a much more reasonable price than other companies. He also worked with the City of Lakeway to answer any questions/concerns which were necessary to proceed with the project.

The owner came to my house initially to review the job and make the bid and two weeks later two incredible you men came over and did a fantastic job. I asked a lot of questions since I am adding on to a house built in 1975 and we added a new sub panel and they answered all of my questions and explained the whys and how’s. Great company
