They did a less than satisfactory job. Missed complete rooms. Came back a second time because the foul odor was still present in my ducts. They lied about the odor. Complete waste of money. Had me sign in microscopic print that I was satisfied before they would leave my house. caveat emptor.

"This customer was never going to be satisfied with any work. We went back twice and tried to do everything he asked. We could not smell anything when we were there the first time. He signed customer satisfaction paperwork and reviewed it before he signed it. We left and everything was fine. Tried to do our best for him but nothing would satisfy him."
