They are a very good solid construction company. As with any major construction work, there were hiccups and stoppages not due to their fault and they work through them. They even were willing to clean up and take over a mess that a previous so-called contractor left.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
They cannot handle large jobs. The experience I had with them was very terrible. They lied, overcharged me, made derogatory remarks about me to me and others, threatened me and did not finish the job they were paid for. I am very disappointed in silver lining construction.

"Robbin, To reply to your remark on here; We had to stop work numerous times to have a sit down with you and your husband of you being in breach of contract with our employees. you signed a contract that clearly states that you cannot ask anyone who works for us to do side jobs while you are under contract with us. The constant disrespectful text messages to my employees and the Superintendent on your project were offensive and very hurtful. We had to stop work and discuss those as well. We were in constant contact with your insurance company to get you every dime for your renovation. When your insurance company stated to us that you were very disrespectful with the adjuster we still fought to get all your items covered and then some. All of our trades called us daily to complain about the verbal abuse they got from you. We have text messages from you stating how much you loved the work then all of a sudden you have changed your mind. It does not make any sense but you are entitled to your own opinion. As we have learned in the many years that we have been in business; there is always going to be that one client who is impossible to please. Your house came out beautiful and we stand by the work that was performed there. We wish you nothing but the best. Thanks and God Bless you and your family."

An outstanding construction company to hire! I had to go out of town during construction and was updated with photos and texts with the construction of the deck. A 25x50 foot deck with a pergola. A beautiful job done. They will be back to stain and seal in a few weeks. The crew is very hard working. They cleaned up all the board cuttings and dirt that was dug up when the project was completed. Construction did not take more than 2 weeks even though there were a couple of rain delays. My wife and I were very satisfied with this company and Iâ m sure you would be too.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Excellent quality craftsmanship. The shed is built like a house. Exactly like a house. In fact when the wife gets mad at me I can feel right at home in there it's so nice. The screening in of the porch again was done at high quality. Same with our garage remodel. Zach puts everything down on paper and you pay as you go. He's not one of those who will ask you for all the money up front and then dissappears. He's real and he's local. Call these guys.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Once contract was signed and we agreed on the start date, they had the materials delivered and crews showed up for work. There always seemed to be several crews working on different phases of the project. Whenever my wife and l would show up on the job site the workers were all very friendly and very helpful. Teague, who was the project supervisor kept us informed on all phases of the remodel. Due to the fact that it was an older home, once work was started on the floors and walls there was plenty of hidden damage. Even though there was unforeseen hidden damage they always seemed to stay ahead of schedule. Although hiring a contractor can always be a little nerve racking, I am glad that my wife and I chose Silver Lining Construction and we are very pleased with the completed project.

Zach and Teague are stand up guys with some of the best subs in the business. Every morning the workers were there before I could even open up the house. As a fellow business owner they truly put the customer first and care about their reputation. The craftsmanship was flawless and the work environment was cleaned after they finished. I highly recommend them and rate them as one of the premier contractors in town.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Hired silver lining to build an addition and I will just say that things did not go as smoothly as I would have liked, tile had to be replaced completely after the first attempt and I ended up having to purchase the trim myself because of an over site by the builder, had them redo the air conditioning into the addition as well. The gentlemen I dealt with meant well but all in all my expectations were not met.
