Alex was professional, prompt & patient. He was easy to communicate with; always texting or answering my calls. His quote was w/in industry standards & even much lower than one we’d gotten. He is a very nice young man & knowledgeable about his specialty. I also love knowing that I supported a small business owner & not a huge corporation. Our job was pretty simple, but he still took time for details, like cleaning up after his work. Hiring him was simple & quick & I believe that Alex is trustworthy. We didn’t have to book weeks out; he was able to offer us an appt w/in a week of the quote! He even provided a copy of his quote the same day we contacted him! The finished product is perfect; everything works perfectly & the new control panel fits like a glove. I highly recommend Silver Lining/Alex for all electrician jobs!
