Sveto was on top of every issue that needed a resolution. As always there are hiccups with the process of the project, but their service and price cannot be beaten. I will definitely recommend them and use their services in the near future when we need our books back to the resource center.

I asked for an estimate and they bid 4 hours for what turned out to be an 8 hour job. They billed me for 7.5 and damaged a footboard at the bottom of my bed, along with a dresser.

Late for pickup...promised next day delivery, did not fulfill contract forcing me to stay in a hotel another night..some of my bookcases had scratches, and one has a hole in the back of it. Also while delivering the items, one of the movers told me to personally call them in the future as they do this on the side...

They broke one of the board of my bed and instead of letting me know, they taped it back together and used it in my bed. I heard it break again and discovered the piece after removing my mattress.

The initial intake went very well! The packing was Awful! Duck tape on everything😱 Nothing packed with any organization? Kitchen with cat stuff, etc., The delivery was unorganized & the attempted kitchen unpacking was stopped as it was So bad! Was charged the full est amount, even though we had less than expected & kitchen was not unpacked.
