The finished product is great. The work took 9 days longer than the contract specified due to lack of materials. Overall fair experience. They did not haul away trash as contract required but that is the only complaint.

If you need any type of flooring install hire SS Flooring. Their rates are very reasonable, they are professional, on time, work is exceptional and fabulous. This is the company you need to hire before you go elsewhere.

Beautiful work.

We expected a lot as my tile was large format (24x48), high shine, porcelain with a heavy veined marble pattern. We wanted a 1/16 grout line and all tiles level so the look was that of a seamless slab. Jose and Marco did just that. Jose created a floor and fireplace that looks like a work of art. Marco did a beautiful job with all the intricate cuts. They were prompt, courteous and responsive to our concerns. Julian and Tony responded quickly when called and ensured that we we satisfied during the job and with the outcome. Definitely five star service.

They were professional, always on time, and we feel we received a quality product at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend Silver State Flooring.

They were able to get to my flooring quickly and finished the project ahead of schedule. The only disappointment was that some of the tile cuts are not that great. I had to have them come back out because they put the refrigerator back on the tile when the thin set was still wet so the tiles sunk down. There are also some hollow spots under the tiles where there is not enough thin set.

Very professional. I personally had purchased tile a while back to finish off my living room. When it came time to do the job, we found out that the floor tile I had purchased was just a little larger than the existing tile already there. The installer saved the day by using my tile and giving us a custom design. Highly recommend them.
