Silverback Insulation submitted a quote for services after they reviewed the current insulation condition of my attic. We sat down at my table and reviewed the pictures he had obtained, identified some weak areas and offered suggestions as to what should or could be done to achieve an R30 rating. He then presented a quote with availability to complete the scope of the job. His pricing was very competitive so we decided to hire his firm. As time passed I developed a few more questions so I could understand the process more thoroughly and when I called his office, every concern was addressed by his staff. No follow up questions were required. Execution: He and his staff arrived at the agreed upon time, sent pictures of the quality of work, cleaned our garage of any debris and completed the work in the estimated time we discussed.
