The $385 job was asked after giving the $250 estimate because of the misjudging of some of your landscape. We completely understand and respected the $250 estimate and did not question your concern with the increase of the price of the job, accepting the $250 payment. After the job was completed you had said we did a nice job. If there was anything you would have liked us to fix, we would have been more than happy to address your concerns. We apologize for your experience."
