Mr Cortez was extremely helpful. He fixed my running toilet valve quickly and at a great price. He also gave me advice for some future projects. He and his co-worker were tidy, friendly and did great work. Would absolutely hire again.

The toilet wasn’t working, it took forever for it to flush and water kept dripping from the hose thing. There was something broken with it. As you can imagine this was an extremely urgent matter that needed to get fixed ASAP. Josh came out, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and took care of it. Told me how long it would take, asked some questions about the size of toilet, got the parts and took care of it. It was nice to have someone who understood how much I needed this done right away and was able to fix it same afternoon.

Josh and his crew were great. He was very honest with what could get done both long and short term. Did not feel pressured to commit to anything and he did not try to add on extras. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through each step they were doing.

We had a persistent smell coming from our crawlspace and got conflicting opinions from several plumbing companies — one recommended replacing our entire plumbing system, while another found no issue at all. Josh and his team went further into the crawlspace than anyone else and identified the actual leak. He didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary work and was fair and transparent with pricing throughout. We really appreciated his honesty, integrity, and follow-through in getting the job done right. Absolutely amazing work by all the crew members I had a mainline stoppage that they were able to camera and locate turns out my main line sewer had a breakage and roots were entering the line thankfully, they were able to manage everything and get the job done accordingly highly recommend, clean, professional, and efficient

Highly recommend using Josh as your technician.
My kitchen sink had completely stopped draining and the water was just sitting there due to a backup in the pipes.
Josh came out quickly and took the time to explain what was causing the issue before getting to work. He is highly knowledgeable and gets the work done quickly.
