David was courteous, on time, finished the job when he said he would complete. kept me informed as to his progress daily. work was completed to my expectations. I am very satisfied with his work and have complete trust in his work and his person.

Was not able to do the work contracted for.

I would be very carful before hiring him. He needs to be more honest about what kind of work he can do and what he can not do

He answered the phone and showed up on time, the same day I called. I would give him 10 stars.

David responded to my inquiry promptly, I told him my issue, he assured me could do the repairs, he showed up on time to inspect and gave me an estimate, I agreed and we scheduled a date , he again was on time, he completed the needed repairs in less time quoted, saving me money. Very happy with his work, will definitely use David for handyman repairs in the future.

David was on time and very polite. David took his time listening to what I needed to be done (remove caulking and re-caulking above sliding glass door on the outside). David was very thorough in the job he did for me and he even noticed another spot that needed to be repaired that I was not aware of, so he repaired that as well. I was very pleased with David and the work he did for me and I will definitely use him again in the near future.

I had a very unusual situation. My rod iron mechanical gates stopped working. This left me a prisoner in my own house. I needed someone to come out and dismantle the bolts on the gate arms so that I could come and go. Silver hawk Handyman services, David,, came up as one of the results to my search. David came out and dismantled the bolts and I have mobility. I canâ t thank him enough. Very nice person.

David was on time. He installing a dog door in the wall of my home. He had to go through drywall on one side and stucco on the outside. It was not an easy job but it looks great and I couldn't be happier. I will be recommending his services to others

I have lots of items on my to do list, so arrangements have to be made for another appointment for his return. I was only allowed 5 stars, but David here is wayyyyy past that number. The man made adjustments wise, to his price on my very easy beasy job, and arrived as he said. Good at various jobs!

David installed a new door that required some finessing due to age of house. Trim work came out perfect. Looks lovely, Even more work to correct prior installation of security door. Again great work. Various small items all completed timely and good craftsmanship. He is on time, courteous, and skillful.

He sticks with it until done right and comes up with creative solutions when a "bump" in the project is encountered. He was always cheerful and professional. Had all the equipment he needed to do the job. He arrived when he said he would.
