Silvia's House Cleaning

Silvia is very bad and throw all the dust from the bathrooms into my rooms. When I asked her to remove the dirt that she put out of cleaning bathrooms, she said, "your house is dirty" and just throwing that dust recklessly with the broom everywhere else. She has very untidy practices and for that she charges high. I paid $150 for just cleaning 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. As soon as she came in she tried to entered into the locked closet. I told her to not to enter the closet when she came to visit and give the quote for the service. 1/2 bath is next to my entrence and within 2min time she walked all the way into the hall and took the ladder from there. When she asked me the ladder, I said I don't have it. That means we don't like outsiders to touch our stuff. She has to respect our standards. She cannot enter my house without my permission and take the stuff without my permission. She said she cannot clean 2 windows if the ladder is not there and she could bring the chair next time. I said fine for that. After all of this she entered my house and took the ladder without my permission and lied to me that she found the ladder in the bathroom. She always tried to intrude into spaces that she is not supposed to enter. I don't know what I lost in my house now. She doesn't have cleaning standards too. I wouldn't call her again.

I’ve hired Sylvia twice for move out cleanings and she always does an amazing job. She is very professional, kind and does a perfect job. Highly recommend!

Silvia was great. I was out of town when I contacted her so it was a little unusual but she was accommodating and responsive and did a great job. It was awesome to come back home to a wonderfully clean house too.

The cleaning crew showed up on time and was very efficient ð Communication was great

Sylvia is FANTASTIC. She’s friendly, a great communicator, and did highly thorough work - I saw my house in a whole new light after she was done with the clean. Looking forward to working with her for many years to come.
