I was quoted 7 hours and 3 men, it took 11 hours and many of my things were broken once we started unpacking things. They stole my a$120.00 drill and the battery that was in it, they talked on their phones and stood and joked around. They spoke another language so we couldn't understand what they were saying and were not receptive to my comments. Worst movers I've ever had. My last move was with all the same furniture and same 3 floors up and 3 floors down and only had 2 men and it only took them 7 hours so these people were very very slow. Would NEVER use this company again.

We had a difficult move with some large, heavy pieces. John estimated our move at 7 hrs, but the team of 4 got it done in 5. They were friendly, respectful of our furniture and protected our floors using runners and booties. They also followed Covid precautions by properly wearing masks. This is a great moving company. Although I hope we donâ t have to move again ever, because it is exhausting, if we do we will be calling Simba!

I had an extremely challenging move of an old large double door refrig/freezer out OVER counter top thru a small door and a move in OVER counter of a new taller double door refrig/freezer. the company i bought it from said it couldn't be done. I was skeptical myself but the orignial refrig had been moved in the same way. I talked to John and he assured me he and his crew would be able to do this and dispose of the old refrig also. I held my breath and they did it!! Their demeanor and professionalism was above what i expected. I would recommend them highly.

Gabriel and Sean were excellent. They were vigilant with my furniture and managed to avoid any damage. I would hire them again without reserve.

I used Simba Movers twice. Once when I moved from my apartment to my house and second when I had two large display cases needing to get into my house. Both experiences were great with everything getting to where it should be without any damages. For when they moved in the display cases, we ended up needing four guys just to get them in. Originally, we thought we would only need 3 guys but we ended up needing 4. John, the boss, came out and made sure that everything got into our house without any damages, and they didn't start the clock on the time for calculating payment until John had arrived on scene. They are also have the best prices from what I have seen in the area. Great experience!

The Simba movers were excellent. Arrived on time, loaded and unloaded the truck efficiently and carefully. A couple of small things we didn't realize until later got left on the truck, but they were subsequently delivered. Very good people. Very good experience overall.

Excellent local movers, there was a glitch on arrival but it was sorted out quickly on moving day. They plastic wrap expensive furniture like I never experienced before, even on international moves that didn't happen so was very impressed. Crew was very friendly and strong/capable. Thank you.

I would absolutely recommend Simba Movers! Sean and Gabriel were awesome. Very friendly and professional and went above and beyond with disassembling/reassembling furniture. They worked so hard the entire time and followed all Covid-19 protocols. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat

John geniually cares about making your move as easy as possible. He and his team were very considerate with working around my family, due to COVID guidelines.

My family has hired Simba Movers, LLC for a couple moving jobs and we have been pleased with both jobs. Here are a few things I deeply appreciated about both jobs: 1. Arrived on time. 2. The quoted price had zero hidden fees. 3. Speaking of quoted price, the two Simba staff, John and Shawn were working at 100% effort and I did not feel they were working inefficiently or slowly to draw out the labor per hour cost at all. 4. Came prepared, organized and had the tools they needed for taking apart a bed, plenty of packing tape, moving blankets, etc. 5. Professional - I was greeted, asked to give a tour and briefing of the house so we were clear what the expectations were. Also, I was provided a quote before the job started. And not once in either two jobs myself nor anyone in my family treated disrespectfully. 6. The trip time was reasonably fast too. In both jobs where my family was moving from one house to the next, I was happy to see that the truck got to the house as fast as I did by my own car. So, it was great to know Simba Movers was not milking/extending the move time. 7. Junk removal - The last job I hired Simba Movers for, I had three couches, two sofa chairs and one broken dining chair I needed to take to the dump. I had been talking to one of the Simba staff, Shawn, about me needing to call 1-800-Collect-Junk to take that stuff to the dump and he said they offer that service and if they have time in the schedule for that day, they could do that for me at an extra cost which was less than what 1-800-Collect-Junk would have charged, so I saved a lot of time and some money having Simba Movers take the old furniture to the dump since they were already at the house I moved into. I appreciate Simba Movers packed up, moved everywhere where I had asked and also cleaned up any mess they made such as discarding tape, boxes, etc. They didn't leave me with trash which is deeply appreciated. That said, I've had used other movers in which they either never show up on time, do a hack job, take their sweet time, etc. which I sort of feared would happen but never did by a long shot so that made me exceptionally happy and the fact I was not surprised with any hidden or added fees that some moving companies have done to me before, my family and I are using Simba Movers.

Quality moving with fair prices. John Wagura is very professional with an almost exact estimate of pounds to move. Antiques were well wrapped and delivered.

Not very careful and causing damages to some items.

They were great. Took special attention to fragile items. Very reasonable on price and worked around many obstacles with the move in experience. I would highly recommend Simba Movers anywhere in the Seattle area but especially on the east side.

He's a good guy and a reliable one. His work efficiency is perfect. He took a very short time to do a perfect job.

They were very professional, prompt and were on time and they did exactly what they said they will go to do. They beat the price of the other contractor.
