We hired Simba when our original plan to have a toilet installed by Lowe’s’ team fell apart because their installer was afraid to cut out some grout around the existing toilet and backed out of the job. Simba sent Jordan to do the job and he was amazing. Came the day we asked and was able to remove and replace the toilet no problem. Jordan was very courteous and professional and had little to no problem with the installation. After cutting out the old grout he cleaned up and removed the old toilet and proceeded to do a very clean install. I will be having Simba do a second one in about a week. After that install we got another toilet which we asked Simba to install also. Jordan again came and did an excellent job. He’s very professional and pleasant to talk to. He got the job done in about an hour and it looks great.
