Mr. Simmons showed up on time and explained the work to be performed to my tenant. He did exactly what he said he would do in a timely manner.

My carpet was not cleaned at all by Simmons. It appears that they were just saturated with water. It took 48 hours for the majority of the carpet to dry and then another 24 for the most watered to dry. We could not use the rooms for days. I had used my Electrolux shampooer in the past to clean our carpets and only hired this company because I was not yet recovered from a long treatment regimen for an illness. My Electrolux shampooer always gets the carpets cleaned beautiful so it is not my carpet's condition that kept it from being cleaned by whatever Simmons uses. I am beyond disappointed by this service. It is the worst service that I have ever received for any reason from any company. I actually give it zero stars.

Hired due to a bathroom leak in which water ran onto the carpet. Enlisted the service to prevent mold and an odor from the water soaking the carpet. It was an urgent need considering my tenant was going out of town. Upon speaking with him, he assured me him would make it to the site at 2PM. Around 12PM he told me that his current job was taking longer than expected and he would arrive between 3:30-4. Around 3:30 I received a text that he would not be there until 4:30-5. Then at 5:30 I received a call that he was stuck on an elevator when he was suppose to be at the house at the latest 5pm. Then he ended up promising to come immediately after he got off of the elevator. Desperate and not receiving enough time to hire another professional I agreed to him coming late. The tenant took off a half of day from work and waited around until 5:30 for someone to show up. At that time I waited an additional hour and 45 minutes being told lie after lie with my children in the car. No one showed up until 7:11 at night. When the job was done I received a text message asking to be cashed out for $25. Unprofessional. Overpromised and underdelivered a lot of wasted time and money.
