The Simmons crew did an excellent job on a new boiler installation. I've had them do work in the past and knew their work was high quality, so I expected no less. Their estimate was also highly competitive. Their estimator, Larry, is extremely helpful not only during the estimation process, but also throughout the entire process, always willing to thoroughly answer any questions and help in any way possible.

Very professional organization. I had central AC added to my existing heating system. The installers were 100% professional, clean and prompt. The original contact (sales) person was thorough in his examination of what type of AC system(s) would best suite the current system capacity. He showed me all the details of how he did his calculations and taught me their calculation process. I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

The individuals (Larry and ?) who first responded to my inquiry met with me in a timely fashion. Although their quote was the highest bid we received I was impressed by the thoroughness of the quote, detailing all of the minutae of the job. Execution was relatively quick and efficient (Matt and William) spent all morning and a few afternoon hours setting up our new power vented propane water heater.A venting issue was subsequently addressed a couple of weeks later. A fairly minor complaint would be that originally the issue of replacing the water heater veered into the option of replacing the oil burner as well. I had to steer them back.
