Since 1981, Simms Custom Construction, Inc. has provided quality workmanship at reasonable prices to residents of the north Bay Area. But founder, Andy Simms, wanted more than that. He knew construction projects involved more than lumber, sheetrock and nails; projects involved families. Thats why every project is kept clean and safe from start to completion. Customers working with Simms Custom Construction, Inc. quickly realize the value of such a positive experience. Parents, children, and family pets are all grateful; the project coexisted with the family in a friendly manner from the start of the job to the day tools are gathered and "good-byes" are said.
