Simon Electric, LLC

Unprofessional, they leave there vehicles in Plazas or anywhere they can park for free . They have been working out of the garage of there home for years and do not have a real facility. Do not trust the owner!

I hired Simon Electric for the electrical part of a garage renovation. I thought this was an honest company until I realized they referred me to an UNLICENSED plumber â they often work withâ and then, when the plumber suddenly disappeared after months of delay, Simon Electric, LLC refused to refund my money for the portion of the project that was not completed despite my alerting them of the situation. Iâ m a single mother of two autistic children who has worked hard saving pennies to be able to afford the work my house needs for my children and to care for my elderly mother, so the money I entrusted them with was hard labor that they have now kept for no reason after they set me up to fail despite knowing the work required a permit. Unethically, they refered me to an unlicensed contractor when they knew I needed a permit and then decided to just keep my money when the person disappeared. I alerted them at every step of the delays they created.. The admin, who referred the unlicensed contractor when I asked for a referral, refuses to allow me to communicate with the owner or anyone else. I have repeatedly asked for a refund on the money that was not used. I did not sign any agreement with Simon Electric as I let them know about the issues with the plumber and asked them about canceling the work. I repeatedly communicated with the company and the admin refuses to let me speak to anyone above her. She has delayed responding to me for almost 5 months now. It almost feels like I was set up by the admin since they are profiteering off their colleagueâ s fraud. It makes me wonder if she just pocketed the money at this point since she refuses to allow me to communicate with anyone above her. I would never trust this company again due to the shady, unethical practices I experienced from them so far. Very disappointing. Shame on you, Simon Electric.

their work was not up to code. I found this out when I was going to have kitchen cabinets put in and that companies electrician came to see where the outlet for the microwave had to be placed and he advised that the breaker box Simon installed would not meet code

he arrived on time and there were no other issues. Since I was in NC and the work was being done in FL, no issues is just what I wanted.

They were on time, courteous, and fixed it in about 15 miinutes...AMAZING!
