"We came out to troubleshoot your issue. We tested the batteries, they are supposed to simultaneously drain together and the bottom 2 had lower voltages then the top 2 which leads us to believe they were bad batteries. There were 4 stacks of batteries 2 reading 12V one reading 10 and the bottom only 6 Therefore this was a battery issue. Sometimes when we trouble shoot an issue we run into problems with the equipment which was the case here. We called the manufacturer to speak to them and could not get through. Our opinion was for you to get new batteries as they were very old. Anytime we use tools to diagnose there is a charge. Feel free to call is if you need any further explanation of the issue we found."
"Hi Paul, I would like to discuss this with you. Please give us a call to go over your review. I have in my notes that the wiring for the microwave was already in place and not installed by us. We only added the outlet. All of our work is done according to NEC code. I also have on your invoice where the electrician advised that we install a dedicated circuit for the microwave and you did want to do so. If you feel like something is not to code based off of what your cabinet installer told you, we would be happy to come back out and take a look."
"I'm sorry but we do not have a customer by this name. You did not leave any comments?? Could you leave some feedback please."
