He came by, gave me an assessment of several options with varying cost levels so that I could find the option that best made sense for my specific situation and budget. He was very straight forward and got the job done in a timely fashion. The crew took care in making sure things were going as I wanted, and kept me updated on the progress. The finished product exceeded my expectations! I would definitely utilize their services again for future projects.

Steve is great to work with. He responded right away and came out quickly to give an estimate to replace a wooden retaining wall with a block wall. He gave a really fair price and kept in communication about when the materials would arrive and when he would be able to do the work. He and his sons did a fantastic job installing a beautiful wall. It looks fantastic. Couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Simone and Sons.

We wanted an old brick patio replaced with pavers. In two days Steve and Freddie transformed an eyesore into a thing of beauty. The suggestions they made and the care they put into their work cannot not be put into words HIGHLY RECOMMENDED is an understatement. If I could give this firm 10+ stars I would.

They did a great job removing and hauling away a bunch of large, unwanted items. The did it for a reasonable price, showed up early, and did a very thorough job!

He was very professional. Came on time. Did a great job of mowing and trimming and getting rid of weeds in cement. He and his son are great to talk to. Will do extra work for you when they are at your home. I liked them instantly. Will be sure to keep them all year with tree trimmings and garden cleanup.

Professional, courteous and a genuinely great businessperson. Chose him for the value of the services and will be keeping him for monthly maintenance, seasonal prep, and the like due to his great service. He and his team spent over 12 hours on our clean up and he only charged for extra mulch on a section that we decided we wanted to complete the prior day; others would have charged sixty dollars per hour for that great service! Highly recommend him.
