Make sure you do everything thing in writing. After I agreed to 12k for the work to be done they increased it to 14k and didnâ t even do all the work requested. Many jobs not done up to par. When I tried to talk with the owner about the issues he would not call back or text back. I think itâ s a poor business decision not to take care of the customer paying. I guess they got their money. I would not recommend them.

They called on the day scheduled and said their truck broke down, but came the next day. Very shady guys.....at the end they did do the job, but charged us 350.00 . I told them the estimate from the phone call of Home Advisors was 175.00. So, he looked around and hesitated, then said 225.00 I thought they were untrust worthy . Sorry.......

Found a water leak and repaired it at no extra charge ! Was greatly appreciated ! This was all happening during the fire and the smoke, they still came down and did the job. Went above and beyond to help us out.

I put out a request for my water heater to be replaced. It was not an emergency, but it definitely needed to be done sooner rather than later. They reached out within an hour. They were able to come out within the week. The job was completed quickly (and within the time they estimated it would take). They were both friendly and professional. I was charged the same amount as the original quote. In times like these (as I am writing this review, we are dealing with Covid, political unrest and untenable fires)...it feels good when something goes so seamlessly!

The proce was more than quoted, but I imagine it's hard to quote sight unseen. Did a good job, left the place clean.

Showed up and they said they would. Completed the work within a short period of time and were very professional.

8 weeks to do a bathroom!!

The project was scheduled for 3 weeks and it took nine. Yes, there were some challenges due to COVID, but mainly due to the company starting other jobs and not having time to finish our project. Lack of communication resulted in lots of changes to the plan without any communication. The price went from 19k to 27k with all the upgrades we wanted, yet they were not done. We asked for a new itemization and we were told the numbers were wrong and they actually are eating $500. Lots of promises without any follow-through. one contractor came most of the time after working another job and showed up at 2 or 3 PM and many times did not show up at all without any communication. They were friendly and could do an excellent job if they had more management and timed things appropriately.

Don t hesitate they are wonderful. Richard the owner is honest. Pat who did the work was very efficient.

They responded immediately and were able to come by and look at my broken water heater and install a new one all before 1:00 pm. They were very very nice and professional. I definitely recommend them.

We are rehabilitating a family property that was neglected for years. It's a large and difficult project. We hired Simons to do a re-pipe and liked them so much that they've been our go-to contractors for the rest of the job. They've been easy to communicate with, they understand the complexities of the project, and they work with my family to keep costs down and find the best way to solve the many complex issues involved in a neglected property. They also know a lot of other subcontractors, so have been a good resource for referrals. Remodeling is stressful, so it helps to know that good folks at a family-run business have your back. Highly recommend.

Love this Father/ Son duo. Supermen! I was exactly one week out of major surgery when this happened and they took care of everything! Awesome to work with and reasonable. I have already recommended them to many other family and friends. Sister used them and BFF of 40 years has them scheduled for Friday. I have this feeling they are going to become my go to guys for my upcoming remodel projects too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Judy
