Hired Erick on a last minute project - unique project He showed up & knocked it out of the park. Great guy, super easy to talk to & very communicative about what I wanted & suggested what he thought would compliment my project best in regards to design & cost. I worked in home construction throughout college, so had an idea of what I wanted & what to expect. Erick listened to my vision, processed & returned with a clairvoyant explanation in regards to my vision & adjusted according to his professional experience. Heâ s extremely easy to talk with & doesnâ t overwhelm one with industry slang but explains to the layman, how to most effectively complete the job. Erick is someone that I would break bread with.

Erick and his team did a fantastic job. They replaced all the trim that was rotting out, matched the paint that was on the existing trim and built a new planter box to replace the one that was in the same condition as the house trim. He is very professional and get the work done in a timely fashion.

They came out and inspected the fence and I also allow them too inspect a dry wall project and I was told they will figure out every thing and give/send me a bid. After almost two weeks I called and left a message for my bid and added that I am willing to purchase the material needed before hand if that would help, but they refused to answer me. I will go on out and personally some one to assist me. The owner of the company I discovered was the same guy who came out and did a window frame for me last year.

I was happy to see that my repair appeared to be in excellent condition when I was there to look at your fence project. Simonsen Construction provided the installation and management of a wet bar remodel and laundry room renovation. I highly recommend them for organization and implementation of these projects. Erick is a skilled carpenter and we are so happy with his work.

Honest and trust worthy. Great follow through on commitments. Skilled craftsman and attention to detail. We worked along side to learn and participate in the construction of our cedar home to dried in. We could not have found a better building partner in Simonsen Construction!
