Sam did a wonderful job on our engineered wood flooring project. He also helped us to find sub contractors for the prep work an came back after the job to touch up. we highly recommend this company for wood flooring installs

Sam did a excellent job installing our WilsonArt Laminate. He showed up on time each day, cleaned up after himself and had very little waste. I would definitely recommend Simple Flooring Solutions.

Sam, installed the floor in one day. was very professional and removed debris when he was finished. It took some time to finally get Sam over to my house ,due to the fact he was busy. He went beyond was required prepping my floor for the wood floor. I would definitely hire and recommend him again.

Sam offered the lowest quote and did excellent work. He ordered the flooring which we wanted and installed it in 3 rooms in 5 days. Because he works by himself, he probably took longer than a team. He could use a helper.

Sam is a true professional. He arrived on time everyday and worked through the day on our flooring. His estimate was exact and very resonable. He finished the work and cleaned up everything when he left. Our project was 5 days and roughly 1000 sqft including a set of stairs. He is the best contractor we have had in our home and we would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Sam, we love the floors!!

Great work product!!! Sam provided us with an great estimate and reasonable time frame. I purchaed the Bamboo Flooring at Costco, and he installed it. My floors are now the envy of my Cave Creek nieghborhood. I will strongly recommend Sam to all of my frients, clients, family and nieghbors.

Very professional & knowledgeable. Cliff responded to all questions and performed the job quickly, and as scheduled. It was their expertise that led to the discovery of a water problem, due to constant water hitting the adjoining exterior wall. The work was delayed until I could remedy the problem, and then they quickly worked me back into the schedule. The floor looks beautiful! I highly recommend these professionals.
