Simple Roofing

My search led us to Simple Roofing and I called Gino Michaels. He spent over half an hour explaining the major and minor points of roof systems. Since we had not yet even been to the house, Mr. Michaels offered to go and inspect the roof and give us an evaluation and cost estimate. He called me back a few days later told us the roof was in very good condition and needed only minor repairs for some worn items. This was done over the phone: DONE DEAL. And, by the way, his inspection was after storms Helene and Milton and the winter rains of November and early December!!! We commend Gino Michaels and Simple Roofing for doing the work in a professional manner and for their guarantee. Simple Roofing has a new customer.

Hired Gino Michaels with Simple Roofing for a small roof repair. After 8 failed attempts over a 5 month span and an additional $8,800 in damages to the interior of the home caused by him, only to have him not respond to any calls, emails, or texts, I would recommend hiring a plumber to repair your roof over Simple roofing.

Let me make this simple. DO NOT HIRE GINO MICHAELS/Simple Roofing. Charged me $100 for a very simple gutter repair. Within 2-3 weeks gutter failed again. Same situation for my next door neighbor. No response from Gino to several texts. Poor quality.
