Surveillance Cameras Install or Repair
We have had them for years and everything was ok until last winter when we were we were out of town for months. One of our inside sensors went bad and kept going off, had technician out several times. Even though it was supposedly fixed, it kept going off and police coming out twice, having to have neighbor go in to turn it off. We were unable to control the system from our phone app as it wouldn?t sync and technician didn?t know how to do it for iPhone. So, no control for months. We have our water totally shut off while gone. To top it off, we came home to a plugged up toilet because the tech had crapped in our toilet and tried to flush it. There is solid waste and toilet paper stuck in the toilet. Owner says tech says he flushed and watched it go down. Tech was only person in house during time we were gone. You decide?I?m pretty upset.

"I do not agree with this review at all. They have been customers of Simple Security Solutions for over 10 years, when we installed their alarm system. We have taken care of issues in the past while they are out of town for 6 months of the year. Our tech went out there only 2 times. The 1st time was after they called on a Saturday, & we responded on the weekend, Saturday at 10AM. We ended up replacing the battery on a motion. The 2nd trip was Friday afternoon because the 10 year motion was bad, so we replaced it. We did not receive any calls on the alarm issue after that. Also to sync to her phone, we would need the phone here, not in Hawaii. My tech did use her restroom, as he has asked before while he has serviced their system for the last 10 years. They never had an issue before. So he thought it would be ok. Even though their water was shut off, there was a full tank of water in the toilet and it flushed like normal. Nothing was left in it. However she has also stated we were not the only ones in there. Her Neighbor apparently went there several times. Since the water was shut off after the tech flushed it once. There would not be any water left in the tank to flush it again, if the neighbor used it. I would have been upset too. I offered to have someone go there to clean the toilet, but they declined. Apparently she plans on giving us bad reviews everywhere to make us look bad. All we tried to do was help them. Thank you, Shawn"
