Simple Solutions was created to provide an all-in-one home improvement service that is affordable and dependable. We stand behind our work 100% and give a 2 year warranty. I have been in business 2 and a half years and have the best customers anyone could ask for. Depending on what situation we have, I always communicate with the customer so they fully understand what is going on at all times. We do not cover up problems and I always find the root of the problem no matter what, then solve it. I am dedicated to customer satisfaction. My employees have the same attitude. Our goal is to go straight to the top and we know our work says it all. 24 hour emergency plumbing is a main feature, we are licensed and insured. In summary, we are competitive, honest, and hard workers. We don't give excuses, we give solutions.

I needed a banister repaired, a door insulated, and some drywall repair. The banister repair was certainly the part that I could never handle on my own. Kenneth came in, took the banister with him and set the pieces together that night. When he returned, he reinstalled it, and while it's not just like new, I can't really imagine it turning out much better. The only complaint I have is needed to call to report a nail sticking out a bit, but the guys came right back and fixed it the next day. Overall, I trust Kenneth and his work, and would certainly recommend him to friends and family.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We called Simple Solutions at 2:30 PM, and Kenneth was here by 4:30 PM despite the adverse driving conditions of snow and ice on the roads. Our new hot water tank was installed by 6:00 PM. He was available when no one else was and he was fast and courteous with reasonable pricing. Thanks to Kenneth we will have hot showers through the 2014 snowstorm and beyond. I hired this contractor to replace fascia boards and re-attach a gutter,re-set fence posts in concrete and re-,hang gates, as well as secure my dishwasher. He was knowledgeable, did a great job, and was a pleasure to do business with. His price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him and will hire him again for other projects and\or repairs.

The number one thing for me when hiring a contractor is honesty and integrity. When all others that I called were stringing me along for 2 days due to the high demand created by the cold temperatures, Kenneth told me when he'd be there, showed up on time, quickly identified the pipe that had burst, repaired it within minutes, and gave me a very fair price. I will definitely be calling them for other home repair needs I have in the future.

simple solutions is very educated with every aspect of my home and went above and beyond to educate me about cost and structure repairs. his cost well undercut many others. the plumbing job he did was great and completed in a day. i have him scheduled for his crew too do the heating and hair and replace my roof. I highly recommed this company for any construction new or old they are the best. on time and clean up. i had no surprises. My home sold and I had a few items on the punch list the buyers wanted me to handle. I thought I had everything covered, but the day before close I simply ran out of time and know how. I called at 2pm on a Sunday and the crew was there by 5pm and handled close to 10 items on the punch list for me. The list included everything from fixing a sliding door lock to some extensive items on the roof. For the time and materials involved the cost was extremely fair and the crew was incredibly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again should the need arise.

This crew was ready to take care of whatever projects I needed to have completed. They were able to complete my "emergency" fence and dog kennel project on time and did a great job. They have a lot of experience in a variety of areas and I do plan to use them again for other projects. Their prices were the most reasonable and they kept in contact with me throughout the completion of my projects. Great company and group of people to work with.

Ken did a great job on the fence at a very competitive price. He was able to get started very quickly and accommodated a few changes to the original estimate. He offers a punch sheet at the end of the project where you can check his work and he will come out and fix any issues you might see. Would use again and I recommend him

The workmanship is just right and their quote was very fair and reasonable. And to make it even better, they are christian men with a great work ethic.
