Sam and Joe, the owner, are absolutely phenomenal, The quality of the work is top notch! My sister and I just moved here from Pennsylvania and really needed help getting settled. Simple Solutions was the answer! Everything from putting complicated furniture together, attaching a bed headboard, hanging artwork plus many other chores too numerous to mention! We will certainly be calling them again!

In the past 15 months I hired Joe to refinish the decorative concrete on my lanai, resurface the garage floor, paint the exterior of my home, and install a backsplash. That's 4 major projects which should tell you what zi think about his work. All of it was excellent

My wife and I were absolutely pleased with the outstanding ceramic floor work performed. Work involved taking up wall to wall carpeting in Master and Guest bedrooms and the engineered wood flooring in the living room, reusing/laying the engineered wood flooring in the guest bedroom, and installing tile in both the living room and master bedroom. The job was complicated by having to match up to the tile in the entry way and dining area. Joe Grieco is truly a precision craftsman who ensured the grout pattern of the new matched existing and was the identical tile height so there was no perceptible difference in the 12 feet long transition. After comparing Joe's great work to that of the original ceramic placement, Joe did much better work - tiles were exactingly the same height throughout the entire job. My wife also liked the cleanliness during the entire job which took 4 days of extremely hard work. I cannot say enough about the professional work and the price was fair for the quality job I received.

Joe was responsive and adapted to Our ever changing decisions on what we wanted to do. (Which changed three times). They were on time each day and managed to get our bathroom flooring underneath an awkwardly placed vanity. Joe even gave us a money saving idea that saved us about $250. We would definitely call Joe again!

We needed tile repair and some re-grouting in our master shower. The owner, Joe, came out to look it over and gave us a reasonable price for the work. He arrived with another nice young man, on the day and at the time promised. The tile work was unhurried, thoughtful and VERY well done. He communicated with us throughout the process and cleaned the areas where they worked and where they walked. We couldn t be more pleased.
