They are very good and polite and i am very satisfied with Simple Solutions Lawn.
I own a property on a lake. Paid him several times to mow it and I never checked in because the property is a way away and I have neighbors checking in. The lawn was done just fine for 2-3 cuts, but the other areas that were supposed to be weed eaten and kept in good shape were let go and they overgrew (after I had already paid them to clean those areas up initially). Now I get to deal with that AGAIN. Their excuse was that they blew 2 tires and broke a pulley but NEVER CONTACTED ME to let me know that, NOR did the let me know they did not want to do the work anymore. Would you not let the owner know if things were happening to your equipment??? So now I have a yard in bad need of a cut and the weed areas look like they never touched them after the initial cleanup. I paid significantly extra for because they could not be bothered to even let me know they were not going to cut it anymore. What I think happened is that I caught them red-handed not doing the work and when I brought that up, then suddenly they have all these problems and were supposed to have contacted me a month ago to let me know they would not be working there anymore. Yeah, I just do not buy that.
Mr Newman, as discussed last week, there were multiple instances of damage to our equipment while servicing your property. Approximately 5 week ago (on 04/21, the last day we serviced your property), I attempted to contact you via email to end our service agreement. (I am sure that the invoices you received will reflect the same time frame. As we did not bill you for any services not performed.) As I mentioned in our last email correspondence, last week, I must have drafted the email and failed to send it. For this, I do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
