The individual that was sent to repair my carbon monoxide detector was extremely polite and very professional. I would highly recommend him to a friend without exception. The Service Magic representative was extremely helpful and had follow through in making sure I was satisfied with the work.. This organization is very well managed and does an excellent job in matching the customer up with tecnicians who are well versed in there field.

Simple Solutions provided quick turnaround for some phone/internet jacks we needed installed in a second floor home office. Grant and John were just all around nice guys, plus professional, prompt, and did a great job and all the clean up. I would recommend them again!
