About us

We are a family owned and operated small cleaning business who appreciates the value of a clean house. I started this business a few years ago to help people who have excessive schedules or some form of limitation. At this time, I realized there was a heavy demand for quality house cleaning. We specialize in cleaning as well as specialize in building and maintaining the relationships with our clients. For the first couple years word of mouth was more than sufficient to expand our clientele but now we are in a position to offer our services online to clients who desire honest, reliable, and proficient professionals to come into their homes or work place. We use all green products with the exception of one for tough grimes kryptonite. We do re-occuring weekly and bi-weekly residential, commercial, move-outs, move-ins, special events, spring cleaning, as well as handy man work - painting, deck building, and home improvements. You name it we do it! We look forward to hearing from you.

Only had bathrooms cleaned. Pleased with their work. The one issue was I was quoted one price & it was more than that when they finished cleaning.

The cleaning team was very thorough and beyond my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. I do not think my house has ever been that clean and I am a perfectionist. Also, they were very nice ladies.

The two guys that were sent out for a "deep clean" of my home were very nice. However, they had no idea what a "deep clean" was. Total waste of time and money.

They were able to accommodate my urgent requirement for a move-out cleaning of a seriously filthy kitchen and bathroom. The cleaning team came in like a white tornado, working efficiently and effectively, and had the place looking great in no time. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

I think there was some miscommunication on this whole job. I wanted a deep clean and I don't feel like I got what I thought I was paying for. I think the people that were sent over just thought I wanted a regular cleaning with the focus on bathrooms & kitchen. They were super nice and did a decent job (just not what I had explained over the phone). I did not get a deep clean, but a regular clean with some of the extras that I asked them to do (fans, blinds in living room, baseboards). I would totally trust them to come clean again. I just wish it was more of the deep clean that I had requested. Also, there needs to be a way to clean the shower door tracks better.

Chris was very responsive and helpful getting house cleaning services set up for my in-laws. He even arranged a walk-thru on short notice to occur immediately after the solar eclipse. He cleaned for the first time a couple days ago, and my father-in-law was very pleased. The 4.5 rather than 5 rating is because they forgot to do one task they said they would do. I am sure they will remedy that in the future.

Really, really good communication - if there is ever a schedule change or concern Rikki will call. Very adaptive to my schedule always trying to accommodate me as I run my business out of my home. I am really impressed with their work. Rikki is also willing to help with any additional projects I need help with. I highly recommend Simple Way Cleaning!
