I have a contemporary home with lots of windows and lots of skylights. I read the reviews on this site and decided to get a quote to clean my windows. I received a call within one hour of sending an email and set up a time to review the job. I am a really picky guy and wanted to make sure Steve understood my expectations. Steve and his crew arrived exactly on time and completed the job as scheduled. The results are outstanding and every window was streak free and all the furniture left the way they found it. I have high expectations for the money I pay, but these guys exceeded it!

"This customer was charged the minimum price for general cleaning. We had 2 people there for two hours, and it took an hour just to clean the bathroom because of all the mold. Customer agreed on the price and conditions a week prior to service"

Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch Clean and Seal
The deck came out good, but sealant was carelessly sprayed over my entire vegetable garden � all ruined for the entire season, covered in chemicals. Plants were stepped on and crushed, also covered in sealant. Small fountain was heaved off my deck and the stones inside landed all over my lawn. Fountain no longer works. I complained to the owner. Steve called my cell phone 5 times in 4 hours to apologize before I was able to answer it, as I was at work � this was way too much. His employee stated he �didn�t realize the plants were there.� I paid the bill, less damages. I would never do business with this company again.

"From the beginning of this project, this customer tried to haggle my price down. Once the job was finished, I submitted the bill to her. She then left me an email saying her plants were trampled and there was overspray all over them and that we heaved a bird bath off the porch. I personally checked into this. No plants were trampled, but one had some overspray on it. I reduced price for her due to this. These accusations are way over-exaggerated. This customer tried to haggle me from the beginning right to the end. I am negotiable on my prices, but will not be accused of damages that did not occur. Stephen T. Sawyer"

STS gave us an accurate estimate of cost and time. On the day of the actual service, they were on time and very professional. They were very respectful of the office workers and did not disrupt the office in any way, while doing an excellent job of removing storm windows, cleaning them and also cleaning the main windows.

Steve contacted me within a minute of my request and was great about getting right out to clean my windows and pressure wash my house. He and Jim were so nice and I felt went out of their way to do an excellent job on a house that really needed some scrubbing. Jim even went out on my very steep roof to clean some hard to reach windows. The guys worked hard, worked clean, and were very reasonably priced for the hard work they did. I plan to call them again if I need help with a project around the house.

Did the job they said they would do for the money they said. Windows look great! We are on a lake where wind, rain & sap are an issue. Steve, Jim & Paul have a high standard for their work quality. My son and wife were the ones that were at our home when STS arrived. My wife was a bit nervous about 3 guys coming into our home to clean windows but it wasn't long before her comfort level increased as the guys went about their work in a considerate manner. Would recommend them in a heart beat!

Steve and his crew were punctual and very pleasent. They were respectful of our home and posessions. Our windows are a b it of a challenge but they were well up to it. Steve made sure we were satisfied with the job before they left and willingly touched a couple of large fixed windows when I said they OK but I thought that they could be a bit cleaner at th e bottoms. Will most definately use them again
