He got back in a timely manner and had to find materials to do the job. He never got back with me so I called him back. It turns out he subcontracted the job out. The job was done in a week. Overall I am pleased. Now I don't have to worry about the ceiling falling on my head.

This home repair handyman luckly had a good skilled craftsman. He went the extra mile in customer service. After gutter repair he had to keep coming back for leek repairs after rain storms. He had to come back at least 4-5 times. The foreman at the end when it was paying up time ended up being very costly from what we originally discussed. In fact he doubled the cost & I felt like I was getting price gouged.
