I was extremely enthusiastic to hire this pro despite the fact their estimate was significantly higher then the other estimates I got. I was truly impressed with Jose Cabreras presentation of the project and how he will tackle the problem and make it right. I had the understanding that roofing system would cover the gutter system and shingles that were on the roof in bad condition but I had to pay more to get the gutter system installed and even though I had to close one extra day of work and the work continued to be on going for on more day and my bathrooms vent systems do not work after the ceiling tiles change . I was shocked however that the interior work guys replacing the tiles did not cover any of my tables , chairs and other condiments to protect from unbelievable amount of debris and dust making us work three days constantly to clean and it is still work in process!! May be on your next restaurant job you can move it cover properly . Thanks for the work and waiting for the warranty of 10 years

Mr. Cabrera was very professional and showed up on time and was very reasonable with his pricing. His employees were also very polite and cleaned up as they went and did an excellent job! I will be happy to have them come back again if I ever need more work done.

I want to thank Jose Carbera for doing such a great job on my mobile home roof. I canâ t believe the difference. The before pictures were horrible. The after pictures , I couldnâ t believe that was my mobile home. Jose took time to explain to me everything that was to be done. The price he quoted was exactly what I paid. Thank you for everything you did for me. I would recommend you to anyone .
