Scheduling was easy, no hidden costs, the workers showed up exactly on time and were done two hours early. There was a big mess during installation but they cleaned up every single piece of scraps before leaving. I love the windows, I obtained many quotes and the closest quote was $2,000 more for a lesser product.

They were good at explaining the work required for replacement windows at the time of purchase and during the installation process. They were professional during their time on the job and the results were excellent. Only time will tell whether there will be problems but that is true of almost all construction when you are looking at longer term investment results.
