She was excellent. I was nervous. She took the lead. My closet is big & overwhelming. She was the calm to my storm.

Michelle and her team worked tirelessly to declutter, organize, and alleviate mountains of stuff piled up from 10 years of living in a studio apartment. She reassured me over and over that no job was too much or too messy, and kept her promise not to throw anything away. I have not been able to freely move around or even get to all of my stuff in the last 5 years, but after Michelle and her team were done, it felt like I was finally able to breathe again — a huge, daunting weight lifted off my shoulders for the first time in a long time. Michelle truly arrived prepared with a plan to help me improve my living space, and I am looking forward to enjoying my space and having company over again! Michelle and her team swooped in to chaos and brought order. They did it with good humor and lots of energy. At the end of the day I couldn’t believe my place looked so good on the day of my move. Michelle and her team did an amazing job organizing my 20’ x 10’ storage unit which was a complete disaster area! They even organized my husbands electrical parts and equipment so that he can run his business without having to dig for parts! I am shocked at how well this turned out. Now I can find everything with ease. I could have never done it without her! The best part is that I didn’t have to be involved whatsoever. I just gave her the keys and said “Here ya go!”

I am extremely satisfied with the collaboration with the owner, Michelle at Simplistic Home Solutions, and with the results of her work at my house! As a full-time employed busy homeowner in a small town house for over 20 years, I just had an accumulation of STUFF. Michelle and staff came to my house over a few visits and helped me purge (toss or donate, which I appreciated very much) before organizing. It was exactly what I explained to her that I needed and she went through that initiation very patiently and judgement free. I felt heard and with some simple mutual ground rules, they did an awesome job on that part! Then she organized some of my spaces that had lightened up. Michelle is very responsive, flexible, and dependable. Her business style really worked for me, and she is very professional. I’m very grateful to have found this business so close in geographical proximity to me, through Angi.

I'm so thrilled to have my garage space cleaned and organized. I actually put my car in the garage for the first time. Michelle is a little spitfire. She just plowed through all the piles so quickly. I highly recommend Simplistic Home Solutions for any organization and cleaning solutions.

I am happy beyond words with the quality of work. I have had several different people in to do a deep clean of my home and I have never been this impressed, with both the quality and speed of service. they went above and beyond and I wont be having any one else come to do any cleaning.

Not gonna lie having someone come into my personal space and go through all my things and rearrange was a very stressful idea, but Michele made sure that the entire process from our first phone call all the way into the day of the job was as peaceful as possible. She included my family, respected our boundaries and guidelines and made the absolute best outcome that I could have imagined we have already rebooked. This is a 10 out of 10 amazing experience. I wouldn’t hire anyone else.

Michelle is a whirlwind! Great at purging and organizing. She came to my home to help with step 1 of preparing us to move: decluttering. Michelle was absolutely a God send. My father passed recently and live became overwhelming. Michelle helped me not only get my house in order again but also cleaned my father's property. She packed up and donated all the unwanted items. This took so much emotional weight off my shoulders that I didn't have to go through it all myself. The way she organized my home was practical and effective and I've been able to keep up with the organization systems she put in place with my children's toys that had previously taken over my house. I can't recommend her enough. If you have any cleaning or organizing needs she is your girl. Her prices are reasonable and she goes way above and beyond.

Michelle and her team are absolutely incredible! I don’t know how my family and I would have handled the entire process of packing, moving, then unpacking and organizing our new house. Cannot recommend or praise Michelle enough! The best part is that she organized everything so well that we’re actually able to upkeep it and it’s already a month in the new space :) and when it came to my daughters playroom, she actually stayed in the space with the girls and “helped” put all her stuff away, and now she knows where everything is and goes and puts everything back into the same spots when she’s done playing. Highly recommend having Michelle come declutter your space, but also she has become a friend through the entire process. Amazing personality but also gets the work done (and super quickly, too! — we were almost fully unpacked and moved in after just a few days)

Absolutely horrible experience. Supposed to be a team of 4, showed up with only 2. Supposed to work up to 6 hrs but double booked & had to leave for another job. Supposed to organize but left piles of books on my stove, along with a shoe ON MY STOVE, made the fridge inaccessible, put bedsheets IN MY KITCHEN SINK! Charged me $500 to make the situation even worse. Threw out my xmas wrapping paper and its December when I need to use it.

Michelle and her team were amazing! My family is eternally grateful for the work they provided. And it was done with such professionalism, care, and zero shame. They have given us the reset we needed and we look forward to working together again in the future.

Simplistic Home Solutions did a fabulous job organizing our home! They were fast, detail oriented and knew exactly what they were doing! We came back to a pristine house with all of the boxes broken down, organized and everything put away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for unpacking and organizing services.

I had a room that was paralyzing to me when I walked in, a brand new, great room! I decided I needed helped and wow did I get it! We worked together to get it cleared out! 10 bags to donate, 5 bags of trash and years of family paperwork organized! I got my room back after 2 years of just shutting the door. I highly recommend Michelle.

I had three rooms in my condo that were beyond messy. I needed to quickly get these rooms in order. Michelle and her team were able to come in and help me purge, organize and clean. I'm incredibly grateful to them for getting this competed successfully.

Michelle is superhuman. I have an injured back and she went out of her way to helpme pack and move. Above and beyond the call of duty. She made herself available to me at the drop of a hat, even when busy with other projects. And all the while she was supportive and encouraging and REALLY showed that she cared. I had a truly massive amount of work that needed to be done, and she did it quick and made it look easy. She and her team basically saved me and I will never forget it. If you choose her to work with you, you will not only have no regrets but you will be thankful that you diid.. She is destined for greatness and I know her business will continue to grow and grow. She's something special....Im still astonished by what she is capable of. I had clutter like you wouldn't believe and it's almost like she snapped her fingers and it was gone. Go with her... you simply cannot lose.

I never leave negative reviews but after patiently waiting for a response from Michele, I have up. First of all, she tried to cancel the day of the project, I begged her not to because I was desperate for help. She arrived super late, left me with a bigger mess and did a terrible job. She charged me $285 and my family and I ordered food and had her join us. She hung up pajamas and discombobulated my closet, she did my closet in a rush and complained about that she had a job earlier and it was getting late to pick up her daughter, I reached out the next day expressing how unsatisfied I was and sent her an image of what she left me with. She responded and said she doesn?t mind coming back but she?s not feeling well and is booked until the 13th. I reached out again and I got no response. She is undeserving of the $295 which is a bizarre amount to charge for the mess she left. I will be contacting the company directly to request a refund and file a complain
