One Time Interior House Cleaning
On paper this company sounded great; however, when they showed up to actually work it was a completely different story. They showed up late and when they left I could literally draw on top of the fridge due to untouched dust; the oven had a pool of cleaning solution, including grime, in the basin; and clearly visible dust around air ducts. I called the office and sent pictures and in return they came back the following day to follow up at "no additional charge". They were there for five hours the first day which was the amount for me to be charged. My invoice stated six hours. I called the office to explain and the owner, Shannon, complained that she was tired of people like me walking all over her. What?!?! Throughout the back and forth conversation, she told me that she would credit my fifty dollars back just to shut me up and that I should lose her phone number. If you have time for childish games and nothing better to do then go ahead and hire Simply Clean Jax; otherwise, I strongly recommend finding a different company.

"I,m always one to admit vault but this experience was a first we typically do not clean in environments that should be repainted and appliances replaced this was an extreme situation of neglect. The rental house had no lighting either which would have been helpful cleaning into the night time with one light bulb in kitchen that was working with that being said we went back the next day and we did explain we would clean anything that was missed well we did just that and more to the tune of 2 girls for 5 hours after being there already the first day for 6 hours so there were more charges mind you this was a very small place so to take that long should reflect the severity of uncleanliness. we have before and after pictures that we'll be posting so everyone gets the big picture . "slum lord" I feel bad to whoever rents from this person or for that matter has to clean for this person who doesn't pay. I provide gainful employment to women (single moms) of our community and to expect to not pay them after cleaning in these conditions is disgraceful ."

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I met with one of the owners who gave me a quote and I hired them on the spot. Communication was great. The price was fair and the move out cleaning service was top notch. They literally cleaned floor to ceiling and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

This company came to our house to clean and they used a dirty rag on or counters leaving discussing residues. They will wait around pretending to clean so that the can add up the hours hence we will pay them more.

Many years ago a wise woman (my mom) told me "always do your best , you wont be able to please all the people all of the time . but don't let those you cant please keep you from continuing to do your best " That's what we will do continue to provide valuable service ."
