This contractor also did some bathroom caulking. A verbal list of items to be accomplished to the contractor as well as a written list. The contractor left with one of the items not done - in a hurry he failed to see it. The contractor also did some bathroom caulking around floors that I did not request - either verbally or in writing Contractor needs to pay more attention to detail.
